Station 83 is located at 2100 Tracy Rd. Opening in 2006, it also includes the Police Substation for the city’s west end. It includes a dayroom, kitchen, workout area, and was built to be easily expanded in the near future to include living quarters.

Station 83 houses an Engine, Tower, Medic, and a Utility vehicle.

Engine 83, a 2001 KME, carries a Genesis cordless hydraulic combi vehicle rescue tool as well as vehicle stabilization jacks and cribbing.

Tower 83, a 2009 KME AerialCat, carries a back up set of vehicle rescue equipment besides the traditional truck company complement. It carries portable battery and corded electric PPV fans, portable scene lighting, 150 feet of ground ladders, Genesis Kodiak jacks for vehicle stabilization, saws, and a selection of hand tools for overhaul operations.

Medic 83 is ALS equipped.

Utility 83, a 2023 GMC Sierra, is BLS equipped.

We are also lucky to house Old Betsy, the City’s first rig! Originally a farm tanker for the Hirzel's/Dei Fratelli Farms, the Hirzel's modified the 1946 vehicle and upfitted it with a pump for the locals to use as the fire apparatus.

Station #82 is located at the City Municipal complex at 6000 Wales Rd. It houses our duty crew and includes living quarters, a day room, kitchen, and our administration.

Station 82 houses an Engine, a mini pumper, two ALS Medic units, a Utility, and a UTV/EMS 4x4 cart. We are have a new medic unit on order from Braun, expected to arrive sometime in 2026. It will closely resemble the 2021 Braun/Ford.

Engine 82, a 2017 Pierce Impel PUC, carries a full complement of Genesis vehicle rescue equipment. It also carries RIT equipment, ropes, portable scene lights, a light tower, a portable PPV fan, gas monitoring and HazMat IQ Kit, an electric vehicle fire blanket, and an assortment of hand tools. Engine 82 is staffed around the clock by the duty crew.

Minipumper 82, a 2006 KME/GMC, carries a variety of tools for firefighting operations.

Medic 82, a 2014 AEV/Chevy, is ALS equipped.

Medic 80, a 2021 Braun/Ford, is ALS equipped, and staffed around the clock by the duty crew.

Utility 82, 2019 GMC Sierra, is BLS equipped.

UTV 82 is a 2024 Kawasaki 4x4 with an EMS bed. The cart can be used to access emergencies in off-road areas, school sports events, responses in our parks, and EMS stand-by coverage during community events.
